You are an awesome team! Thank you for your attention to the details and the seamless execution of the continental breakfast, break refreshments and boxed lunches for the Journey to Hope event. Everything went very smoothly! We had a lot of favorable comments about the continental breakfast—especially the fruit kabobs. Also, several people commented that they liked having the cream cheese already spread and the bagel cut in advance. Everything looked beautiful and very inviting, and tasted great too!
Pam, we appreciated your sensitivity to our budget constraints, and really liked your suggestion of doing the snack boxes. It was an appropriate amount of food for an elderly audience, and also very budget friendly. Thanks again for suggesting it.
